The website teazen-france.fr is owned by Teazen France. The Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to teazen-france.fr are the same as those applied on https://lepetitpatron.com/.
Le Petit Patron is committed to doing everything possible to satisfy you, in order to build a cordial and lasting relationship of trust. Our various customer services are at your full disposal and are attentive to all your comments.
Our customer service is available by email, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) at the following address: info@lepetitpatron.com, or by phone at 09 54 89 77 92.
By placing your order, you acknowledge having full legal capacity to enter into this sales contract and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Article 1 – APPLICATION OF THE CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website Lepetitpatron.fr, the exclusive property of SARL Le Petit Patron.
Lepetitpatron.fr may occasionally modify certain provisions of its Terms and Conditions of Sale, so it is necessary to reread them before each order on the Site. These modifications apply from their online publication and cannot apply to orders placed previously. Each order placed on the Site is governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable on the date of the said order. We consider that, by validating your order, you fully accept our Terms and Conditions of Sale after reading them.
Article 2 – ORDERS
Order placement
Orders are placed exclusively online through Lepetitpatron.fr. Access to the service is permanently available, except during maintenance operations, updates, or exceptional interruptions.
Clicking the “Buy” button on a product page begins the order process. One or several products may be added to the cart. You may modify your cart at any time.
After verifying your products and updating your cart, you may validate your order by clicking “Buy”. Simply provide the requested information and follow the instructions.
Orders sent by mail or fax cannot be processed.
Provided information
You must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information you provide, especially the delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for input errors and their consequences (e.g. delayed or incorrect deliveries). Any re-shipping fees will be at your expense.
Collected personal data (phone number and email) is mandatory to process orders, ship products, and issue invoices. Missing information will result in the cancellation of the order. Customers may access, modify, or delete their data by contacting Lepetitpatron.fr.
Customer account
Placing any order requires creating a Customer Account. Access is secured by the email and password chosen during registration. Do not share your login details. Lepetitpatron.fr cannot be held liable for actions performed by a third party using your credentials due to your negligence.
Order validation requires a “double-click”: reviewing your basket, accepting the Terms and Conditions, then confirming your order.
Order processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received and within stock availability. Deliveries may be global or split, leading to possible additional shipping charges.
Order acknowledgement
After placing an order, Lepetitpatron.fr will send you a confirmation email summarizing your order and its number. If you do not receive it, contact Customer Service.
Order validation refusal
Lepetitpatron.fr reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Billing
Each delivery corresponds to an invoice, available in your Customer Account.
Article 3 – PRICES
Prices and product availability are valid as long as they are visible on the site. All products comply with European and French electrical and electronic safety standards and carry CE certification.
Prices may fluctuate due to promotions or adjustments.
Article 4 – PAYMENT METHODS

Payments sent by mail are not accepted.
Article 5 – DELIVERY
Delivery times are expressed in business days and include preparation, shipping, and carrier delays. Products ship only within mainland France and Corsica (no DOM-TOM).
A shipping confirmation email is sent when the order leaves the warehouse.
Coliposte delivery
If the customer is absent, a delivery notice is left. The parcel must be collected within 10 business days. After this period, it is returned to Lepetitpatron.fr.
Incorrect delivery addresses will result in automatic return and additional charges for reshipment.
Parcel verification
The customer must check the parcel upon delivery and report anomalies.
Lost or missing parcels
If a parcel is not delivered within the indicated time, the customer must contact customer service. Investigations may take up to 20 business days. Replacement or refund is possible only after the investigation ends.
Delayed delivery claims must be made within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
Delivery delay compensation
If delivery exceeds 15 days past the expected date, the customer may request a refund of the initial order.
Article 6 – FORCE MAJEURE & LIABILITY
Lepetitpatron.fr is not liable for failure to perform the contract due to force majeure: postal strikes, transport disruptions, network outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
Liability is limited to the price of the products or services purchased and excludes indirect damages such as loss of business or profit.
Article 7 – WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 business days from delivery to return the product for refund or exchange, at your expense.
Returned products must be:

in their original packaging,

intact,

with all accessories and documentation.
Refunds occur within 30 days after reception of the return.
Damaged returns are not accepted.
Article 8 – WARRANTY
Warranty applies only to products explicitly indicated as covered.
Returns
Returns are at your expense and risk. Improperly packed products will not be covered.
Non-warranty returns
A repair quote will be provided. If refused, diagnostic and return fees will be billed.
Dead on Arrival (DOA / PMS)
A product is considered PMS if it is new, complete, and defective upon first use. Improper returns may incur a €19.95 fee.
